You can try out Cisco WebEx Meeting Center by joining a live demonstration meeting from your iPhone. Download Meeting Center and then use Safari to go to http://m.webex.com. Click on the “View demo” link that is active Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (14:30 to 01:00 UTC). Or sign up for a 14-day WebEx free trial at www.webex.com to get the full experience including scheduling meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
To attend a meeting: If you’ve been invited to join a WebEx meeting, first download this application. Then go to your WebEx meeting invitation email and click on the “To join this meeting” link. You don't need a WebEx account to attend WebEx meetings.
For meetings that do not use WebEx audio conferencing, call the phone number on your meeting invitation. After joining the audio conference, click the “To join this meeting” link in the invitation to join the Web portion of the meeting.
If your WebEx meeting uses WebEx audio conferencing, you’ll receive a call after you tap the “To join this meeting” link. Answering the call and pressing “1” places you into the audio conference. Then go to the iPhone Home screen and tap on the WebEx Meet icon to join the Web portion of the meeting.
To schedule a meeting: If you have a WebEx subscription, meetings can be scheduled directly from the My Meetings screen on your iPhone – just click the “+” button.

Without a WebEx subscription, you can:
- Attend Cisco WebEx Meeting Center online meetings with full screen view and integrated audio.
- View content shared from any computer: documents, applications, or screen sharing with live annotations.

- Control audio with mute/un-mute capabilities.

With a WebEx subscription, you can do all of the above and also:
- Schedule, start, and cancel WebEx meetings.
- Invite attendees, both before and during a meeting.
- Meeting Handoff: Transfer a live meeting on the iPhone to a Windows PC with a flick of the wrist. Requires a WebEx host account and WebEx Productivity Tools 2.1 installed on the PC (free download from your WebEx meeting site).

Does not work by default, requires Site Version T27 upgrade
The application will not work by default. Your WebEx system administrator will have to contact your company's Cisco WebEx account manager and request that your corporate WebEx account be upgraded to Site Version T27. Unfortunatelly, it looks like Cisco rolled out a nice app prior to upgrading its customer's accounts.
Webex server doesn't support this app
Appears to be a great app but won't authenticate and comes back with an error stating our corporate webex server needs to be upgraded to support this app.
UPDATE 8 Jan.
Webex tech support very fast! Webex servers need to be the latest version of WebEx6 in order to support new client apps like iPhone. Our servers getting updated mid February. Looking forward to using this then. Going to 3 stars due to fast and accurate support.
Vaporware
According to my WebEx Corporate Account Executive the "site upgrade" that enables the iPhone to work will not be available before March 1st. Shame on you Cisco for setting an expectation you could not deliver on. Shame on you Apple for delivering an appllication you knew WOULD NOT work.
