Liquid Scale allows to scale images horizontally or vertically without distorting the content. A Photo with too much background can be condensed to its main motif. It’s possible to mark image areas to remove or preserve them. No question: Anybody can now perform tricks with images.

Wonderful!
This is truly a wonderful piece of software for the iPhone. UI is really intuitive. Developers you need to kick out a Photoshop plug-in or standalone desktop app. Seriously... 14 years in Graphic Arts and I have not seen any piece of software or plug-in that can do this. I could see so many uses where this could seriously cut-down production time when editing high resolution images.
Very interesting results
This app will basically allow you to convert a landscape picture into a portrait one without distorting the ratios of objects in the shot. It works fast on my 3G and has never crashed. It's very easy to edit out certain elements in the shot and it's great for making a "fish eye" effect out of panoramic images. For example, you can take a picture of car interior (a panoramic shot with 3 portrait images) and you can then "compress" it into one landscape image that appears as if it was taken with a fish-eye lens. Very many uses for this app.
Brilliant
Mark what you want to keep, and/or what you want deleted or squished, then squish your pic. Simple as that.
I did find that I had to be sure to overlap into background when selecting "keep" portions or I got amusing results. Elementary school rules do not apply - don't color inside the lines.
If you are looking for an app that crops, adjusts color, rotates, and puts cutesy frames on your pic, don't buy this app. If you want an app that does something no other app in the store does, and does it extremely elegantly, buy this app!
