Album Review

Another one-stop shop from Universal's 20th Century Masters Millennium Collection, here's all the Joe Cocker you need in one packed-with-hits single-disc collection. Kicking off with "Feelin' Alright," "With a Little Help From My Friends," and "Delta Lady," the set also includes his later hits like "You Are So Beautiful" and his duet with Jennifer Warnes, "Up Where We Belong." This may only clock in at 11 tracks, but it's a very potent little package and highly recommended as the perfect starter set.

Feelin' TERRIBLE

Feelin' Alright is an ANNOYING song. Every time I hear it in a commercial or something to do with the 60's - it drives me nuts. The bongos in the intro make me crazy. Then, Joe's vocals...and the backup singers "ooooohhhh hooooooo"....UP THE WALL!

Some sweet jams from a sweet dude

She Came in Through the Bathroom Window is a sweet track, the Beatles version on Abbey Road is also great.

The 20th Century Master Collection is a must have album. Every one of the songs sound great and are true Joe Cocker. If you listen to your Ipod while working out, you are in for a real burn. Check out Cry Me a River!
