"Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand" is, in my opinion, one of the absolute best songs of the 90s in any genre. The rest of this album is highly experimental, in an "experiment that failed" sort of way. It isn't nails-on-a-chalkboard bad, but every other song on the album is just dated and utterly forgettable, and you'll regret having bought them.

He's made some very atmospheric experimental music since this album, and that later stuff is worth a listen. But skip this one if you don't absolutely love everything about the 90s.

Standing Outside a Broken Phonebooth with money is an offensive song. It makes me think all he thinks about is stealing money from hobo midgets. I am going to say bad things about this song. If he didnt make it so harsh. the explicit version is so harsh that it makes me want to puke. after this song i couldnt eat lunch for weeks! He was right about it getting stuck in your head. But when it does all you want to do is kill yourself for listening to it!
