Album Review
Like Delirious?'s first album, Cutting Edge, King of Fools has echoes of '80s U2, but the band accentuates the Christian undertones in Bono's lyrics, creating a modern rock record that resonates with spirituality. There are a few awkward moments and underdeveloped songs that prevent the record from being as consistently compelling as its predecessor, but the album offers more proof that Delirious? are a Christian rock band with an edge.

One Christian Rock's best albums
by ACU jazz profThis album is and has been one of the most underated albums I know. This is definitely Delirious?'s best album and one of Christian Rock's best, especially if you like arena-rock. The up-tempo songs are all big and emotionally-charged while the slow, melodic tunes are equally powerful. Only the song "Promise" isn't good. My favorite are "Deeper", "History Maker", and "What a Friend I've Found."
