Life is Good
by Runner WannabeBeing a wannabe fit person, I find this workout everything I want and need. I've been running for a year now and have improved dramatically in my physique and endurance. I wanted to tone up more, though, and challenge myself; this gives me everything I want.
I've used this for two weeks now and LOVE it! Like one user previously said, I couldn't finish it the first week. Now, I'm able to finish it and feel my progress the next day. HIGHLY recommended for anyone at any fitness level!

Great Workout
by knucklehead07This is a good, self-paced workout. The music is high energy and Stacey's "coaching" is very positive. I like how she gives split times for the running section, becuase I run on a track and it makes it easy to pace improvement. Enjoy!
