by chefboyrdNever was a fan of "Politics" but am pleased to see "Are You Sure" by So. This is off the "Horseshoe In The Glove" CD from 1988. One of those great bands that fall through the cracks. I found a copy at an Antique Mall (antique?) for $2.00. If you can find a copy at a used CD store I guarantee it will become one of those standby's on your ipod that you find yourself coming back to time and again.

I miss the music from the 80s
by Shadow AgentThere are a number of good songs on this title, but to be honest many can be found on 80s compilation CDs. What would be really great is to see some of the original albums that haven't been released on CD. One of my favorites from this title is Belouis Some. The songs from his Some People album were great and this guy was actually showing up in Swatch commercials (remember the Swatches back then?). I've slowly been able to replace my vinyl collection on CD over the years (even managed to find Romeo Void on CD) but still searching out the ones I haven't found. Would also be great to see music video compilations here. Not like MTV is doing anything with them these days. :-D
