LOVE this album...
by SFLizThis is such a strong body of work! You will really love these tracks. I've followed this band for a good while and this album represents why they have such dedicated fans. Original jazz that just clicks with you right away and has a special flair. I find these songs are a great listen during a long car ride or just relaxing alone with with loved ones at home. Riding with Ron is especially memorable. I've also seen The Ramp live which is something truly awesome. I hope they keep recording...
Dynamic Music
by Somaya13Good sound - this is an original album with every track unique! 'Cat in the Colosseum' is cool - I like the rhythm. I think my favorite track is 'Anna'. I like the cover too!
Great New Jazz Album, with a Twist
by Carolyn Fox, KHZ RadioIf you like jazz, you've got to hear The Ramp. The guitarist, Patrick Bowsher, is terrific, and has put together an amazing trio. 'REZO' is one of my favorite tunes from this new CD, and I played it on my radio show, KHZ Radio (Friday midnight in LA on 1580 AM). A few of the tunes are little experimental, and all are enjoyable. Not to be missed!
