Album Review
Collecting all three B.B. King sets in Geffen's digital download series into a 45-song sequence, this set is fairly revealing, showing King to be more versatile than most casual listeners would assume. Most of the essentials are here, including his signature "The Thrill Is Gone," "Every Day I Have the Blues," and "When Love Comes to Town," among others, most of which feature plenty of his trademark sharp and brittle guitar runs and his surprisingly flexible voice, making this a nice and lengthy glimpse at this iconic blues player and singer.

by Mr. MusicheadSome great songs, but where are the killer jams from the album L.A. Midnight? Where are any of the songs from the Love Me Tender album?
These are my two favorite albums by B.B. as they showcase his versatility and incredible vocals (we already know he can play the guitar. I really hate this marketing ploy of calling collections with GAPING holes "complete."
