A fine line
by TheProduct1981Unexpected is not so much a faithful R&B record as it is an electronica dance album. Yeah, Williams is know for her R&B and gospel roots, but listening to this album gives me more of a "I wonder what Lady Gaga would sound like singing these songs?" vibe than a R&B vibe. It's too bad that the girl with the best voice in Destiny's Child (and no, I'm not talking about what's-her-name or who's-her-face) hasn't shot off like a rocket with this album. It's exceptional.
unexpected is an understatement!!
by mw86I bought this album because i knew i liked destiny's child... i'm so so glad i did because michelle is a hugely understated talent in this industry. She's so diverse, unique, and fun! Her music is amazing, i can listen to the album all the way through and don't want to skip a track. If you don't own this, buy it! I promise you won't regret it!!!
