INCREDIBLE LOST & FOUND CLASSIC!

by Willie Jive Man

I just spent 90 minutes listening to this incrdible release & loading on ITunes music videos (anyone remember the good ol' days of MTV & VH1? Amazing how something so good can so easily be ruined. Sort of like public water, eh? But I digress). BPA is a lost & found compilation of artists recording @ Brighton Port Authority from the mid-70's to early 90's. Previously unreleased by some incredible talents. By far the David Byrne "Toe Jam" & Iggy Pop's "He's Frank, Slight Return" followed by Seattle, Emmy the Great hold up as the favs... But 90% of the rest are standouts & the other 10% are rapidly growing on me.... I think I have my summer sensation! Look out world! You're about to hear something of a budding classic!

Wastes the money like a toad

I guess it’s just not my style; I definitely shouldn’t have bought it. It’s so different than the Fatboy we know, but at least he made it under a different name, more people need to do that. *COUGH*Guns n roses*COUGH*

I couldn’t help but be charmed by the cover art, only to find the music sounded… dirty. Don’t know how to explain it exactly, it sounded like the whole album was sung by sociopathic weasels. Most of the songs had strong melodies though, that alone is worth an extra star.

I’m just gonna keep in mind, the “Buy Now” button can be deadly.

Fatboy Slim is not dead

This album is a collaboration of Norman's work over the years now just being released. It is comprised of lost work that for his reasons were hidden that never made the cut so to speak.
I "Praise You" Norman for finally releasing this album...if it was you who released it. A terrific album with the genuis that is your style.
