Amazing
by StevenRoss12This album is a clear step up for Mark Rosenberg. The music is far more complex and the lyrics are about more important and diverse topics. I am very impressed by this album. I love the instrumentals and The Love of Men is a beautiful tribute to those lost in the Holocaust. I hope Mark's next album is just as good
Topics of the songs
by Acousticrock221Actually there are many topics covered on this album, the majority of which are not love. The Love of Men is a tribute to those lost in the Holocaust. It is a song written in the perspective of a child in the Holocaust. Spoken Sorrow is a description of a painting. Clearly, The Sun Is Shining Today is about some form of moving on in life. Words of Poetry and Song is about one's natural personality. There are two, maybe three songs involving relationships. I think Mr. Neff should listen to more than 30 seconds of the songs before he criticizes them.
seriously one of the worst albums i've heard
by nick neffThis is rediculous. The world doesn't need another nineteen year old kid in love with a guitar who knows a few chords. Also, killer solo on orange dude, you're really a master of guitar. I know i can't tell you not to make music, that would be a terrable thing to do because music is one of the most important things in my life, but when i hear an artform I love so debased by a kid who thinks he has a right to sing about his girlfriend who he's probably just gonna get into a fight with over what college they go to or something, i kinda get pissed. Its hard to listen to this crap, and don't try to be clever by putting your titles in parentheses when the only way it makes sense is without them. I don't think that "A Hard Rain's A" really makes any sense man. Im just saying that maybe making "emotional" music isn't the best way to go. We already have jason mraz dude, we don't need another. Do something original for a change
