DESCRIPTION - Dots To Connect: The Music Of The Prids
Eighteen bands come together to tribute their friends, The Prids. This compilation features all cover versions of your favorite Prids' songs! All proceeds from the sales of this record go directly to The Prids to help them cover their medical and other various expenses incurred from their accident on the road in July 2008.
All of these recordings are brand new and each band donated their time and energy to help a good cause. This is a digital-only release to keep costs low.

As others have mentioned, this is an album of reworkings of songs originally written and recorded by The Prids, as a benefit for them after a terrible auto accident in 07/08. Some songs are very different from the originals, while others are closer, so truly there is something for almost everyone here - dark, luminous longings back to back with bright angry pop or a more punk/folk offering... Don't miss out on this incredible record!

All songs written by The Prids are excellent, and all the bands on this compilation are excellent, so what can you expect? Expect excellence!
Lots of songs have been revamped, allowing the personalities and styles of the covering bands to come through, while still retaining what made the songs so special to The Prids in the first place. There's a lot of love on this album, and it is easy to hear it.
