"deathklok442 doesn't deserve to call himself that"

Don't listen to this gaytarded little tool, he thinks Atreyu is a good band. Atreyu is for little emo pussies with guy-shadow, Immortal is Nordic black metal: NOT FOR PANSIES! How dare you call yourself "dethklok," you didn't even spell it right you mallcore poser. This is Immortal's triumphant return after a 6 year abscence. It is the classic Immortal you all know and love, more like their old albums than SOND. All screamo/emo little girls need to stay as far away from this one as possible, YOU MIGHT GET HURT!!!

Sons of Northern Darkness II?

Some people have compared this release to S.O.N.D. Saying it is all the same riffs. I disagree. In fact, in my opinion SOND was better. Although this release may grow on me, considering I have been listening to SOND for quite a while now. All Shall Fall has characteristics of many Immortal releases. Sometimes I hear Pure Holocaust, sometimes I hear At the Heart of Winter, and sometimes it is textbook Sons of Northern Darkness. The most noticeable change on All Shall Fall is the mix. The vocals on this release are set much further back in the music. Reminicent of Pure Holocaust. I haven't decided if I like this decision or not. With that being said, I still highly recommend this release for any Immortal fan. Immortal will still reign as the rulers of Icy, Cold, Razor-Sharp, Black Metal -I- As for buying this album in the stores vs. ITunes. You can research MP3 vs. CD sound quality all you want. The general opinion is that the quality between the two is nearly indistinguishable. And for people like me who live in the always oppressive Bible Belt, finding any Black Metal release in a store is impossible. So I either pay for shipping and handling and spend more than necessary or just buy here on ITunes. TROO and KVLT Black Metal fans are always raving about poor sound quality as a good thing, so if MP3's are inferior, than all the better....Right? \m/

Wtf is up with Listeners also Bought...

There's no denying that this is great...... but Green Day is showing up in the Listeners Also Bought, that s**t doesn't belong there, gtfo. Who the f**k is buying that s**t >:O

Biography

Genre: Rock

Years Active: '90s, '00s

Of all the Norwegian black metal bands, Immortal has, arguably, stuck the closest to the mystical, occult-inspired vision of the scene: the bandmembers kept the evil-Kiss makeup throughout the band's existence, rarely experimented outside of the traditional guitars-drums-bass instrumental configuration, and never revealed their real names. Brothers in pseudonyms only, vocalist/bassist Abbath Doom Occulta and guitarist Demonaz Doom Occulta formed Immortal in Bergen, Norway, in 1990. Abbath was originally...
