the lowest point of creativity
by yoelffthis guy is still digesting his sufferings and inability to forget and forgive. Such a waste of genius. I pray for him that he could rediscover the joy of being alive. He could give so much. But everybody has ups and downs, even the best of us. I forgive him, but if he will continue this path, I will leave him alone.
Challenging
by pimentochzFor David Sylvian fans who were disppointed with this, I recommend to check out Nine Horses "Snow Borne Sorrow". A beutiful record with gorgeous vocals, melodies and harmonies. The best thing Sylvian has done in recent years.
Unmusical
by EssentialismAs a David Sylvian fan, I found this album deeply disappointing. There is little musicality. Sylvian's voice sounds flat and lifeless, and there is almost no music beyond the voice. So essentially an unmusical album.
I'll stay with "Gone to Earth", and hope for a return to form in the future....
