An outstanding movie score - for those who can tell the difference between good and bad
by savvydudeIsham is a musical genius and Eight Below further displays his marvelous composing. Those who are making immature comments probably did not download any of the Eight Below offerings. For those of us who did, we know how good it is and how it made the film even better.
Another instant favorite.
by AlaskasJennaHave been a fan of countless movie and videogame scores and this score is another to add to my list of favorites. Many tracks follow the film decently and each give the emphasis from dramatic, energetic, and the light-heartedness that's derived from every scene. For the plot of this film, the dry natural sounds, smooth string fluctuations, and light sticato notes defines a more Northern (or Southern in this matter) atmosphere. Plus, for purchasing the entire album I though it was an excellent deal- as well to have another movie score to crank on my Klipsch system.

by the heir of empty breaththis a great soundtrack to a wonderful film. people need to learn, soundtracks are not based on whether they have words. it is the emotions found within the movie that are evoked through the music that accompanies each scene. sometimes words can give aid to effectively displaying the tone, but are certainly not required. isham did a wonderful job with each song, the soundtrack is powerful and a highly suggested buy.
