iTunes Review
Jason Mraz's third long player is more Michael Jackson than Jack Johnson this time around. "Make It Mine" introduces the album with a blue-eyed, soul-touched pop that sounds like Mraz has been blasting Off The Wall while en route to the beach. Fittingly, the beachy Colbie Callat duets on "Lucky" (a romantic ditty about falling for a best friend). The playfully perverted "Butterfly" floats with a lofty horn section and a Hall & Oates inspired strut as Mraz gets his seductive lyrics on before somehow pulling off a gutsy scat-singing solo that would make Jamiroquai's Jay Kay blush. Mraz picks up his almost forgotten acoustic guitar on the mellow "Live High" which sounds a bit like Josh Rouse with a groove. The rootsy and cutesy "I'm Yours" is an obvious choice for first single with it's reggae rhythms, doo-wop harmonies, electric jazz piano, and lyrics endearing enough to theme a high school prom, and then there's the all too perfect waltzing "Beautiful Mess" which could have been written for the sole purpose of slow dancing in a rented tux.

WSWDWST- Track by Track Review
Okay, so this may be my favorite album that has come out this year (so far), and I can't imagine anything being better! Overdramatic? Not really.
Make it Mine- This is such a great song! Innovative and completely original. Different from his previous works, but (in my opinion) better. 9.5/10
I'm Yours- At first I was in love with the live version, then I heard the studio recording and thought"wow, this is just as good!" Amazing scatting, and a fun beat. 9/10
Lucky- I am so glad that Colbie is not as cheesy this album as she is on her own. She fits the song perfectly (hervoice, not her specifically), and their voices meld very well together. 9/10
Butterfly- It's funny that the itunes review says it is "playfully perverted" because that is exactly what it is. Funny, charming, yet at the same time, kinda creepy. 8.5/10
Live High- Least favorite on the album, mainly because the live version sounds so similar, as opposed to others that sound new and fresh even if you've heard the other versions 50 times. 7.5/10
Love for a Child- At first I did not like this song, but like a boil, it grows on you. Very early Jason vibeish. Slow, infectious, and sad. 8.5/10
Details in the Fabric- My personal favorite. James Morrison and Mraz sound SO good together. It sounds as cohesive as an actual group. Do I hear the next Simon and Garfunkel? 10/10
Coyotes- So much fun! If there is one song that should become a hit, it is this one. The chourus is amazing (aMRAZing that is) and the end (where he talks to the kid) is SO precious. 9.5/10
Only Human- Another fun one. Not many songs see the jealous side of Jason, but this one captures the emotion perfectly! His voce sounds great on this one too. 9.5/10
The Dynamo of Voilition- Very Mr. A-Zish. Not great, but really, did anyone expect him to do a CD without one of these? The live version is better BTW. 8/10
If it Kills Me- A great love song. Slow, yet peppy (hard to explain). This one also sounds better live (he sounds more passionate in that one). 8.5/10
A Beautiful Mess- Okay, this song is a tie with Details for my favorite. So sad, yet so full of hope. *Sigh* Oh, and this is his best vocal preformance on the entire CD. 10/10
In short: BUY THE WHOLE ALBUM!!!
We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things
We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things, Jason Mraz’s third studio album, easily entertains with its smooth, breezy melodies and clever, insightful lyrics. The upbeat jams (“Make It Mine”, “Butterfly”, “Coyotes”, “The Dynamo of Volition”) are filled with big sing-a-long choruses and passionate lyrics that delightfully dip into a diverse range of genres, ranging from jazz to techno. “Coyotes” is a triumphant blend of hip-hop, pop, folk, and even opera. “Coyotes” is a song only Jason Mraz could successfully pull off—and he so does magnificently. The duet “Lucky” features a guest appearance from Colby Caillat, the distinguished singer who crafted the surprise hit “Bubbly.” The genuine beauty of We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things comes with the breathtaking autobiographical tale about his parents' breakup, “Love For a Child” where Mraz sings “…It’s probably because when you’re young / It's okay to be easily ignored / I'd love to believe it's all about love for a child.” It is absolutely remarkable to listen to Mraz skillfully reminiscence about his past struggle. The album ends with the brilliant track, “A Beautiful Mess.” It is a perfect ending to a nearly flawless album.
Download: Lucky (feat. Colby Caillat), I’m Yours, Butterfly, Live High, Love for a Child, Details in the Fabric (feat. James Morrison), Coyotes, If It Kills Me, A Beautiful Mess—yes, the album is this good; you might as well buy the entire album.

GREAT ALBUM!
Finally after all those EP's teased his music, the final result is astounding. The songs acoustically were great, but now this adds full band instruments that bring out a different texture to all the songs. A must buy for any music lover, finally some quality music is put out compared to the cookie cutter stuff that I have heard lately.
