yeah and....

The thinking that went into this record, that goes into making this music, is spectacular. The thought process of Owen is that of science fiction movies if he can write ambient beautiful music like this. I do not understand why real artist such as this have yet to be recognized by society yet. Not that they would ever want that. This SHOULD be pop music. The only thing you need to know to listen to this music is what good music is.

Better Than Most Full Lengths

Words cannot describe this album, first and foremost. I tend to get too excited when talking about this EP and get scatterbrained, so I will keep it simple. First, I must say, this is the single best thing Final Fantasy has put out (I waited to hear Plays to Please before i made that statement). It is a airtight narrative coupled with flawless musicanship. Every song is great and they all serve to paint a picture that is Spectrum. I fully suggest getting lost in this album for a day or two in order to unravel the plot (there is a one and it is complex). His progression from Has A Good Home to He Poos Clouds to, now, this is almost exponential. This is the most talent and creativity packed onto a disc. Period. Seventeen minutes of this cd is equivalent to a good movie. Disregarding Plays to Please (only because it is a cover album), I cannot imagine the level of craft that is going to be put into Heartland (the story of Spectrum's sequel of sorts). Waiting with baited breath.
