by jason a.k.a. macedoniaDJ Center has the cure for what ails you. "Tout Passe" melts away the stress of the everyday with its laid-back lean. Vocalist Samia Farah is a joy to behold, a voice that grabs the ear and caresses the brain. Bling47 and PPP head honcho Waajeed handle remix duties and come through with 100% audio sunshine. This is that poolside/block party get down, led by a drum march loop and warm chords. Samia sounds exquisite over this. With Center's original prime for the lounges, it's only right that Waajeed comes through with a little somethin' for the dancefloor. Bravo...can't wait for the full-length to drop...

Few knew that he was an inspired, talented perfectionist on production as well. Now the world will know his titanic sound... and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

by globalbeatfusionAfter hearing Center live numerous times around NYC, it's nice to hear him finally stepping up to the ProTools and engineering his own sound. While I've been waiting for his debut to drop, this first single is a great entry point: smooth, relaxed, with a bit of punch and a sweet vocal performance. Given the strength of his Vieux Farka Toure remix, I'd expect nothing less, and he so far he has not disappointed.
