big hip hop fan but never really checked out de la soul until this album came out.. this is an awesome, motivational track for runners! keeps you on beat while running and also drops lyrics that make you want more.. Great buy!

Most definitely worth the money! This soundtrack will keep your run, or powerwalk, moving. Nice gradual build that propels your feet. Hopefully Nike will bring more hip-hop inspired tracks like Are You In

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS CD.....BUT THE TRACK THAT STANDS OUT THE MOST TO ME....IS THE LAST ONE....IT STARTS AROUND 4:30 OR SO...BUT IT KEPT MY HEAD BOBBING....LOL ITS WORTH THE 10 BUCKS.!!!! AGAIN...I WISH GROUPS LIKE THIS WOULD GET MORE AIR PLAY......!!!!! ITS ALMOST LIKE THEY ARE BEING CHEATED!!!
