This band keeps getting better

The most recent album from Chicago band office is nothing short of a masterpiece. Right from the begining the band shows it's roots as heavy blues rock mix seamlessly with new wave, psychedelia in a truly modern pastiche. Anchored by the brilliant compositions of Scott Masson, the four piece band shifts nimbly from intense to introspective. Plays wonderfully as an album from start to finish.

They didn't pull a "Killers" move or whatever where suddenly they sound totally different. Yet, most bands can't match a previous stellar album while still sounding the same (Interpol comes to mind). Well, these guys did it. Same band, same sound, great new songs.
