by ninerrlIt's unfortunate that not many people get Yoko Ono. I challenge anyone to listen to her work and not see connections to music from groups like Xiu Xiu, the B-52's, Nirvana, and a multitude of other musicians whose freedom of expression has walked down the road paved by Yoko Ono. I feel sorry for those among you who just want to hate her. You're missing the complicated beauty that she embodies. Perhaps you'll change. Most likely, you'll just scoff at me like you do her. Go back to your top 40 and let the poor woman be.

by ART in H@@TERVILLE........YOKO has returned to her ROOTS........this may be the most CREATIVE & INSPIRING MUSIC of Yoko's career.......I've always described Yoko's music as "ABSTRACT ROCK".......it's NOT Mainstream POP........it's OUT THERE......It's DIFFERENT.......it's CUTTING EDGE.........looking forward to the upcoming CD.......while I love all the DANCE/POP stuff.......this is The YOKO I fell in LOVE with........it's PRIMAL & RAW and filled with ENERGY (and to think she's 76!!!!).......YeaH! - YOKO is BACK! And I couldn't be Happier! - THANK YOU YOKO & The PLASTIC ONO BAND!

I usually don't give a hoot about these reviews, but enough with the Yoko-bashing already! I realize most of you are 16 year old kids so cannot be expected to behave like adults, but here's a quick and easy tip: if you don't like it, you don't have to listen to it! No one is forcing you to like Yoko Ono, so please don't force me to listen to your ignorance and nonsense. Thanks.
