i found out about this band only because a saw the cab in concert and a few other bands, including this one, for the what happens in vegas tour. i got to meet the lead singer and he was really cool, and i bought their album. im usually very picky with music, and this is probably the first album ive ever bought where i loved every song! my favorites definitely walk like a gentlemen(:

Way overproduced and overdone

This album pales in comparison to their ep. The songs do not flow well at all. Their ep was actaully done on garageband(I'm talking their very first ep, not their fearless records debut). Ithink they rushed into signing into a big label and the big label had too much to say in this album, they need to go back to their circa survive-esqe guitar/drums sound and stop messing around with all this rap and r&b. The original Roll Right Over is wayyyyy better. Everything n this album is just way overdone, the synth sounds corny, the drums sound corny, vocals are dramatically overdone, about the only good thing on here is cameron's guitar work to be honest. Oh you can't even here the bassist playing. I think they're trying to create something "new" but I'm sorry guys it's just not working, make an album that is true to you and not to other people, i.e.- record labels, teenage girls, you guys are way older and way more capable of making a better and mature album, but this im sorry to say, is a step in the wrong direction. Interesting to see what their next album will be like.
