Never Was A Bigger Fan Than Now
by musicpheneI happened to discover this album because I liked the single "People" so much. Man, am I glad I took a chance and bought the whole CD! It's smooooth, from beginning to end. An album should be a journey of emotions and that's what Latifah takes you on. From hip-hop, to house, to R & B, to reggae, Latifah gives music lovers a taste of variety. Kudos for hard melodic beats, powerful lyrics, exceptional production and a passion you will feel all over this project. I can't stop listening! Favorites include "My Couch", "With You", "What's The Plan", "People", "Long A*s Week" --- hell, the whole friggin album! Get the bonus version. You won't regret it. Anyone feel me on this?
THE QUEEN'S IN IRAQ
by The B.E.P E.N.D WTFOK....hmm I love the album... well I love her art no matter what she does, cuz she will always put her heart and soul into it. Fast Car is kool, Cue the Rain takes a few listens to really get an ear for it. Now Hard to Love You is awwsom, but the best song is People. People embodies the very memory that reminds us of everything THE QUEEN stands for. She hit the nail on the head with If He Wanna. Actually, ummm the songs toward the end are better than the beginning. Over the Mountain should've opened up the album, obviously she holds God in first priority, it shoulda been the real opening, then give us the rest of Queen, cuz Over the Mountain was hard hitting and caught my attention immediately. I doubt the Queen reads iTune comments, but if you do Queen consider releasing a second installment to this album just rearrange the tracks, cuz the end really did makeme feel better than the beginning. OH yeah the QUEEN LATIFAH'S ALBUM CLEARED OFF THE SHELF THE FIRST DAY IT GOT TO THE STORE HERE IN IRAQ.
