I love GLEE

I love musicals, absolutely love them...
by All You Need Is LuvBut I despise this show. To quote a few other reviewers this album is basically Kidz Bop for adults! I mean, who would buy this? I adore Kristin Chenoweth and do appreciate her enthusiasm for everything she does, but even she can't make me enjoy the show...I can't see what makes this show so popular, the original songs (except for Defying Gravity, Somebody to Love, Maybe This Time and a few others) are bad to begin with. I also find it unappealing that they don't actually sing on the show, it is just lip synced which only leads me to believe that the voices have been messed with. Don't even get me started on Defying Gravity...wow, way to eff up the song that made me fall in love with musical theatre. Honestly, one star is too generous.
Go listen to the originals of the songs (mainly the showtunes), then come back and tell me how great this tripe is!
