Flickr hasn't yet converted all of the available videos to an iPhone compatible format. Videos uploaded in 2009 will be viewable; older videos will be available as soon as Flickr catches up.
* EXIF & GPS LOCATION:
As of version 2.4 Mobile Fotos is able to use the original timestamp and GPS location (if available) from your Camera Roll.
Unlike other uploaders, Mobile Fotos adds an ICC Color Profile to your JPEGs so your images look their best!

Version 1.2 is a KEEPER
It really is a shame that there isn't some way to reset the reviews on an app when a new version is released, because v1.2 of Mobile Fotos is like a whole new app.
I've been playing with it this morning to test the new features and bug fixes, and it seems that every problem I had with the app before has been addressed. Photos are now uploaded with the correct orientation, geo-tagging data is included in the upload, the photo details page (where descriptions and comments are shown) is VASTLY improved, many more options now when uploading photos including the ability to add to sets, or create new ones, etc.
This app is worth the price of admission, and then some. It had a bumpy start, but everything has been cleared up and improved. This is the best Flickr app in the app store now. It does everything the other apps do, plus more, all in one app. You can drop all the others and just get this one, and you will be more than satisfied.
P.S. - This is the direct descendant of the "Mobile Flickr" app that has been available to first gen iPhones for about a year now. Everyone LOVED that app, and this one only improves on it.

The application seems to have had all the bugs worked out that are mentioned in the reviews and I didn’t have to update to get version 1.2 (Yes the photos are right side up now when they upload to Flickr). The Mobile Fotos Application is perfect to view all your Flickr Content quickly and easily.
Although the upload capability is working with Mobile Foto I use AirMe to take my photos and upload them to Flickr. Airme keeps all the GPS information intact and also sends all your photos to sets based on your location (Example Sets: Austin, Dallas, Salt Lake City…), and will automatically generate a new set if one doesn’t exist yet.
Now the Mobile Foto upload function is still very valuable to use for photos you gather from friends and family via email you wish to share on Flickr (It beats the heck out of emailing them to Flickr)

Not quite ready for prime time
I wouldn't recommend V 1.0 of this app. Uploading of photos doesn't work very well -- they are resized, have the EXIF information stripped, and are rotated incorrectly when viewed on Flickr.
The browsing features seem to work fine, if a bit plain.
