Looks good, plays not so well.
Bought it. It's a decent game with updated graphics and the same sound from the original game. Developers - Please allow for calibration of the accelerometer. I'm having to turn the phone away from view when using the accelerometer to move the frog forward. That is my only complaint. Other than that, I haven't noticed any crashes or lags so far. Thanks.
Classic
This game is a classic. The tutorial on how to move your frog is found under "Help". You can move your frog by taping in the direction that you want him to go [e.g. tapping on his right side will move him to the right]. You can move your frog by sliding your finger in the direction you want him to move or my least favorite is by tilting the iPhone in the direction you want him to go. The only problem I have with the game is that there are very noticeable skips in the game when the game switches speeds. It was annoying at first but you get used to it but it still should be a little more smoother than looking like the game is glitching during play. That said, I've bought ALL the classic arcade games. The $9.99 price is well worth it. They all play almost exactly as the originals and it's good to have them in the palm of my hand.
Fun
I didn't know what to expect when I got this game because there is no directions on how to play the game. I bought it based on the name alone and was happy with the outcome. It's a fun version of the game and easy to control and dodge the cars with ease, so anyone that liked the original game will NOT be let down....
