Great!
I always am looking all over the Internet for offical movie trailers and this app takes away that hassel. It's great!
Truly Amazing!
UPDATED: This app is truly amazing, It works flawlessly and has the Apple touch! It is well designed and looks nice. Here is a few suggestions to make this an even better app:
1. The ability to download trailers to the iPhone (which I understand is in the works).
2. Background Buffering of trailers. (e.g., after the user clicks on a movie title and while he is reading the information about the movie (which could be a little more thorough--see suggestion 3), it would be nice if the trailer is already beginning to be streamed in the background so that when the user clicks on the play trailer button, he/she can watch it without it pausing (being choppy).
3. A plot summary would be nice. Also the genre (comedy, horror, drama, etc) on the info page (different movies can be filtered by genre on the category page...so the info is already there...just make it visible on the info page). Maybe even access to metacritic or tomatometer ratings.
4. After double clicking on poster to view poster in full screen...be able to swipe the screen to browse other posters. (UPDATE: oops! It already does this.
5. Ability to toggle trailers view between Movies RECENTLY ADDED by xTeo to App and Movies sorted by RELEASE DATE.
6. Ability to bookmark movies. (Icon could be added to bottom of screen where trailers, categories, and search icons are)--This may already be in the works. I would think that if the user will be able to download (save) movies to the iPhone, this would be the place to do it)
Misleading
Great concept, but they should inform you before you buy this app, that it won't work unless you have a wifi connection. I wasted 4 bucks.
