Description
Explore the properties of the elements, the standard amino acids, and the nucleobases with The Chemical Touch. A touch sensitive periodic table and chemical information companion, it provides a wealth of information right at your fingertips. Recolor the periodic table by selecting properties other than Atomic Mass to visually investigate periodic trends. Having exhausted the built-in information, the internet button opens the Wikipedia page for the selected element, amino acid, or nucleobase.
A quick guide detailing all the features is available for download at the application website.
What's New In Version 1.7.3
version 1.7.3:

Fixed character subscripts in some of Hydrogen's reduction potential reactions.
version 1.7:
Reduction potential table included in the detailed info display for the periodic table. Includes 500+ reactions sorted by element.
Ununbium changed to Copernicium in response to the recent IUPAC recognition.
Added support for 3 additional languages: Danish, Dutch, and Korean.
Included 1st Ionization Energy as an option for coloring the periodic table.
Faster application startup due to changes under the hood.

Customer Reviews
keeps getting better...how about some nuclear spin data?
Love the addition of the reduction potentials. As a magnetic resonance person, I'd like to see nuclear spin data included though, perhaps in the isotope tab. See "N.J. Stone. Atomic Data and Nuclear Data Tables 90 (2005) 75–176" for a recent compilation.
Excellent
A very well made app. I hope that more features are added with every update
Clunky but good
The interface is a bit clunky and unapple-like but this has the most detailed info of all the pt apps.
