If you don't know about where this came from, you won't get it.
I downloaded it. If you know about this, it's funny to use sometimes. I don't think that many users that do not know anything about Japan would understand this app though.
Almost as bad as the Woo! button
People should really download the app before they decide to give it a 5 star rating just because it looks cool. This app is not worth the download. It's annoying and sounds more like a drunk person saying hee. Don't get this app, it's pointless.
