Description
A heavy rain has flooded the pasture and created a deep ravine that the cows need to cross to get home. Help them back to the barn by bouncing them from one cliff to the other. As the game progresses the cows start jumping off the cliff faster and faster.

This is NOT the Cowabunga we love!
The new version of Cowabunga is horrible! The UI changed way too much. This version is a step backward from the previous one; it's like an entirely different game! Please bring back the old one!

I see an awful lot of negative comments about this game near the top of the review stack, and I'm not exactly sure why. I'm not seeing any advertisements with my copy, and I have the latest version as of this date. While I would agree there are problems with paddle control if in "tilt" or "touch left & right of screen" modes, I have no difficulty in getting good, playable movement out of the "follow finger" mode. It is simply a game which gets more challenging the more time you play it. Surely, that's a desirable thing in a game, if the goal is to keep you playing it for more than a few minutes. As for the bonuses which fly in the sky, they ARE awfully hard to get, but, again, this increases playability, in my eyes. If you could get a bonus even as frequently as every 10th cow, that would considerably "dumb down" the game. Bonuses should be rare. (Having said that, though, it would be nice if there were some animation suggesting you successfully touched one of the "bonus clouds". It's often unclear, especially when your attention is focused on falling cows, when you've successfully "nicked" a cloud.) This is a game to which I return with frequency. Like all good games, it's dead simple to understand what's required of you, but hard to actually do it.
Cute Time Consumer
Its a good game to take up time with. The graphics are good and very appealing to the eye. There is a con though, the trampoline that you bounce the cows off of is a little hard to control as it does not follow your finger very well so you end up losing some cows. But overall its a great fun little game and the best part is that it's free.
