Fun App and Lots of Cool Ringtones
They really deliver!!! Lots of sounds to pick from to play on the IPhone. I bought the app before they made 100s of ringtones available and appreciated getting 5 sent to me (immediately - great service!!), which I quickly added to the iPhone to enjoyed using. I just downloaded sets of real ringtones and they were easy to install. Now I have more than I'll ever use! A great app for $.99.
Great App! Even Greater Customer Service!!
This software is great, and fun! Very easy to use too. I also have requested a few ringtones and received them immediately. So easy to download and assign to a contact. One of the ringtones I assigned to a contact showed that it was assigned, but the ringtone did not play. The problem was that I needed to put a #1 before the area code. Not a problem of the app, just the way the Iphone handles it. The thing is though, I requested help from customer service, and got a response immediately from Todd. He told me exactly what I needed to do, and it wasn't anything to do with the app. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have recommended this app to a few friends, and they all love it!. Thanks again for your help and offering this great app and such a reasonable charge!
They went above and beyond the call of duty.
I never leave feedback for any company but I felt I had to this time. Owner Todd Bernhard replied to my request personally and came through for me with an odd request for a ringtone. This company is the best.
