FertilityFriend.com's Free Menstrual Calendar is a simple and easy to use calendar designed to predict your menstrual cycles and possible fertile days.
With this App you can:
* Record your periods.
* Optionally record your intimate relations.
* Store daily notes
* Calculate your cycle length automatically based on your data or set it manually.
* Get predictions for both your periods and your fertile days. Plan ahead.

* Optionally set a privacy code.
* Display your cycles at a glance on a easy to read calendar.

* Sync/Backup your data with your free FertilityFriend.com account.
Simply enter your last period and your cycle length to get started. The calendar will then display your predicted period start days as well as your expected ovulation and most fertile days in color.
Double tap any day on the calendar to enter data (i.e. your period, cycle data and/or daily notes). To start a new cycle simply enter your period data. Your cycle length is automatically calculated as you enter more data.
The calendar is also a period tracker as well as a way to document your cycle history. You can use an optional privacy code to better protect your data.

The Big PINK Elephant in the iPod.
I'm happy that some kind soul finally created a free tracking calendar; It works just fine for those of us who appreciate the ability to plan ahead; I am eternally grateful; yadayadayada - BUT could we please make it less, um, "feminine"? I know that sounds like a contradiction considering, but I'd really like if the app didn't show up "big and bold" as Menstrual Calendar. I know it’s nothing to be ashamed of, yet I'd appreciate this app more if the name and icon were something more discreet.
Or cooler at least.

Fertility Friend uses BBT to chart cycles, and I was really hoping they would make an app so I didn't have to log in from my phone to input my temps. Well, this app is nothing like the FF website. You can not customize the chart, and it does not recognize different cycle legnths.
I am very dissapointed. I am a VIP member at FF and I would gladly pay 10.00 for a true version of FF on my iPhone!
EDIT: Um, ok, so *someone* didn't find my review "helpful", so I will try to be more helpful. So this app is free, but what is the point if it doesn't do what FertilityFriend does?? It doesn't allow for custom information, changes in cycles, recording to the FF site, syncing to the FF site, inputing temp/position/cm information, or any other cycle information. Honestly, a free app is useless if it isnt REALLY an ovulation calendar!
Good but, needs improvement
First of all, I want to express how grateful I am that someone made a free menstrual calender. I'm sixteen and it's hard for me to keep track of my cycles and as a pervious iWoman user, it helps me.
But it annoys me that (in my opinion) looks kinda crappy design wise.
Also there is just a predictor of my cycles and ovulation. I should be able to edit each day of my cycle to write a note or put down that my period was heavy or if I had cramps
What would be nice if it was password protected too.
EDIT:
Once I get enough money to get a iTunes card, I'm going to buy a better period app. I'm sorry, I just don't feel like this will be good at all.
