Watch the swarm of colored lights dance across the screen, or touch and control them with your finger. You'll be so mesmerized by their beauty and flowing movement, that you'll be left wondering where the day went. When you discover the live mic feature, you'll watch for hours as the lights pulse and move to the sound of your voice, music, or whatever your microphone picks up.
Touch the screen with three fingers to bring up the menu at any time. From here you can control the size, shape, color and number of Spawn particles. Select a mode and prepare to be hypnotized. By pinching and spreading your fingers on the screen you can change the way the swarm looks and acts, creating your own original designs. Double tap and watch the lights explode into an amazing fireworks display!
Be sure to snap a picture with the snapshot feature, because Spawn Illuminati now comes with the wildly popular Symmetry app, at no extra charge! With Symmetry, you'll easily turn your design into a true masterpiece. How the menu works:
- bring up menu by touching the screen with 3 fingers at the same time
- select a play or pinch/spread mode
- select ok (middle of the menu)
- once the menu is gone pinch or spread your fingers on the screen and see how it affects the show.
#1 wish: microphone input is live! See the spawn particles dancing to the sound picked up from your microphone!!
Tips: When mic input is enabled particles fly slower (and screen pulses). To turn off the pulsing and make the particles fast again enable mic zoom speed and pinch until particles are faster again. Particles will still react to sound.
To reset all settings tap on the circle with the x inside and hit ok.

Hypnotic
What a great app this is. It is perfect to gaze at and interact with while music is playing.Mesmerizing color bursts and hypnotic movements with stellar interactivity really pull you in. For the price, this is as good as it gets. Be prepared to waste more time than you may initially intend to with this app.
Hidden Costs
The most recent update of this includes cluttered features that require extra purchases to activate. It also has a landing page advertising other products which prevents me from just jumping in and playing.
Sorry, but when I pay for an app I don't expect to discover additional charges for features that it ought to come with. Shame on the author for making every iteration worse than the prior.
Love this App
Once you get the hang of using the various touch controls it can be hard to stop playing with the app. A surprising variety of images can be produced or you can just let it do its own thing. Its nice to play with while listening to music. I just wish there was some way to pause the screen as it can be hard to do a screen capture on an image at the right moment. Some ideas for enhancements: A way to control how many lines are spawned, a way to change the background color, multi-touch support so you can send different lines to different spots, and a setting for determing how long it goes back to random generated patterns after you have used the touch to change some aspect - right now it seems to permantly hold onto everything accept the color change which except for the white color, changes almost instantly after you chang it.
