Interesting other uses
It takes a while to get it to know what you like and don't, so don't expect it to "tell you where" immediately. But - a cool feature straight off is you can look up places (restaurants, etc.) and then click over to the map, and view a satellite picture - so it works like Google maps. Fun! I have yet to use it for it's intended purpose, though.
Seems cool but...
Seems cool but needs a big update! I could only find 7 places within 1200 miles.
Clever, but...
It's a great and useful app, but the listings don't include any phone numbers! What if I want to call a nearby restaurant to make a reservation or some other business to see how late they are open? An update should definitely include phone numbers. AroundMe has phones, but it does't have personal reviews.
