this app will expire after 7 tasks!
Otherwise a great marketing tool to introduce users to the full version at $9.90. Initailly I thought the lite version was limited to 7 tasks at a time but I soon realized this app. expired after 7 tasks and it prompted me to upgrade to its full version.
This is just a demo
This is not really a "lite" version. This is the full version, but crippled so that you can't use it. Don't bother.
Good Trial of Full App

Overall: This app gives a good idea of the full $10 app with all the same features but limited to 7 tasks. I like this App a lot but there are a few things I would like to see before I buy the full version. As the App stand I don’t believe its worth the $10 price tag.

Pros:
1.)Easy to use. Its not hard to add tasks. Touch the "+" and type in the title, select a date, and add any other info you want and your done. To mark a task done just touch the circle next to the task and it checks it off and moves it to the done section.
2.)Alerts. There is a small number in the corner of the icon to enter the app that shows the numbers of incomplete tasks for the day.
3.)Level of complexity. This app allows you to be as complex or simple as you like. You can stick with a basic task and due date or you can organize everything with different lists and tags. There are also more complex option like due time, repeat, priority, lists, contexts, tags, added noted, strikeouts, and filters.
4.)Focus list. You can put together a focus lists of only items that are above a selected priority so you can quickly see what is important and not have to look through all of your tasks and events.
What I would like to see added/changed:
1.)Subtasks. I would like to have the option to add subtasks to a major task. An example would be shopping lists. Click on the title of the task and a drop down list appears. This way you can check off each item you needed to buy. Also when all the subtasks are checked off the main task checks itself off, but if you accidentally check off the main task it doesn’t check off all the subtasks.
2.)Custom ability. I like the feature of customizing your "strikeout" but I would like to see more custom ability. An example would be like changing font color or backgrounds. Possibly being able to make all tasks with the same priority level the same. For example all high priority task could be changed to a red stencil font so they stand out.
3.)Price. The full app is $10 and even with this changes I still would probably not pay that much for it. Is you think about it this simple app is being priced more the some games for the iPhone which are much more complex then this. In my opinion $5-$6 would be appropriate.
Overall I think this is a good app but I would make do with the calender built into your iPhone or iPod until the price comes down.
