Deceptive app
The name of this application is deceptive. I was stuck somewhere and needed to move some files. I purchased this app thinking that I could move the files off of a computer to my iPhone using the USB cable. The description of the app does not make it abundantly clear that you can only move files to the iPhone/iPod touch with a Wi-Fi connection. It is impossible to move files via a USB cable according to the documentation included. Thanks for telling me that after I paid for it! I feel as if I'm entitled to a refund, but what can I do except to make sure the next person doesn't make the same mistake.
Misleading name
No, this app does not treat your Iphone as a true flashdrive. Don't buy it under those pretenses....it works alot like the Airshare app except less intuitive.

FlashDrive 1.1.1 - Clear, Easy, Professional, and Instantly Indispensable
I had previously downloaded other connectivity apps, but this is by far the best, most versatile, most liberating, and lets you do so much more than just move files around in some awkward fashion. You treat it like any other storage device, with folders, subfolders, multi-item selection, and you can copy to and from, and rename, and even zip multiple items together. Clicking on a file quickly launches the appropriate viewer, or lets you mail it, or bookmark it internally for quick access later. Also, unlike some other "drives", FlashDrive pre-catalogs your photos into a folder saving you the tedium, especially if you have lots. Its interface on the iPhone is exemplary, and its documentation is equally top notch. If you are a serious iPhone user, don't even think twice about getting this. Just do it. Unlike the old saying, You really CAN take it with you. It's well worth its price, and much more. Thank you Readdle.
