Yes, you can rotate&resize
Another reviewer wrote on here that you can't rotate & resize the stashes to fit them properly on faces , but if you properly know how to use the app they CAN be rotated & resized you just need to do it while the box is still there when you place it down. Rotate with TWO fingers. This is a really cool app and works great
