iHomework provides a great and simple app to keep your school work and life organized. Track your assignments and homework, keep your class and teacher information, and keep reminders for anything and everything you need to do.
List assignments by day, week, or the course they are due. Assignment details include title, type, due date, course, grade, and any extra notes you need to keep. Use the color-coded calendar to get a good look at your upcoming work load.
With iHomework's powerful grade calculator - you can compute your course grade using many different grading systems.
iHomework is highly customizable: color code assignment types so you can organize your work to your style.
Repeating assignments make it quick and easy for you to add those quizzes and homework that occur often. You can easily email homework assignments to yourself or others directly from the app.
Reminders are great for keeping track of everything and anything you need to remember to do.
Schedule your courses so you always remember when and where you need to be! Course details include the teacher, location, time, and course website. Easily visit your course's website from iHomework.
Full contact integration for teachers means that you can quickly and easily email or call your teacher.
A full completed assignments list lets you visit all work that you have finished, while keeping them separate from your work in progress. The completed list is searchable so you can quickly find old assignments.

Comments on new update
1. Right now when we click "Courses" in the bottom menu bar, we see all the courses lined up. So far, so good. But when we click on an individual course on this list, the default view on the next page should be "Assignments", not "Course Details". I don't need to see the name, teacher, and location! After one week I know all that stuff. I want to go directly to the assignments.
2. Right now the app organizes the assignments by due date in the main display. But I need to see assignments organized by when I have time to work on them, not by the date they're due. If today is Monday and the assignment is due next Tuesday, I want it to appear today, to remind me to work on it today. I also want to be able to push it into the next available date if I'm not finished with it.
My feeling about this app is that it's getting too complicated, but that it still doesn't do the basic things I need. I'm in college. This looks like it's designed mostly for high school students who have assignments due the next day. I work on things several days in advance.
Why Only Mac?
I really like this app, but I am just tired of how many apps only having desktop syncing programs with Mac computers. Like another reviewer said, we windows users paid just as much as mac users. I hope that a windows program for this app will come out soon. That would make it completely five stars.
Great. Affordable. Easy Peasy.
The iHomework application does everything as advertised very well. I've found it very easy to use, and in my first week of the semester, iHomework has made school life managable and organized. Instead of getting beaten up by letterman jackets for pulling out a wire-bound Homework notebook, I now get high-fives from the AV team when I take my super-sleek iPhone out of its holster. Fully customizable, I can sort classes by due dates or by classes, which is pretty cool. Plus, the simple act of recording assignments gives me a sense of satisfaction... Boy, I'm going places.
I found similar apps for laughable amounts of money while browsing. iHomework was well worth the 99 cents price, as I've yet to have a complaint.
Highly recommended for any college or high school student who likes the idea of an agenda.
