What's New in Version 1.4.2
Fixes a bug in 1.4.x which can cause a crash on startup. (This bug is triggered if the device is restored from a backup and then the app is upgraded from a version prior to 1.4.0 (or vice-versa) without the app being used in between.) Thanks to user Capofu.

Good app for crunches
App works as advertised. App sets up the number of reps for you to do during workouts 3 days per week. You can put the iphone on your chest and the app gives you feedback on speed and form, as well as an audible count and countdown timer between reps.

Awesome use of the accelerometer! Just wish it had a way to work with the obliques and lower abs.
