Troubleshooting Tips
I’m interested in searching for things to do at a place that I am planning on visiting, but I am only seeing places that are closest to my current location. How do I explore places at another destination?
By default, Travel Channel GO always returns the places closest to your current location, using the GPS capabilities of your iPhone. However, you can easily search for places at a different location using the search box on the top right of the screen when viewing a list of places. When you enter in the location at which are you interested in viewing content into the right-hand search box, the results will be refreshed to show the places nearby the specified location.
During registration, it says that my email address is already registered, yet I have not created an account for Travel Channel GO. How can I register a new account with this email address?
If you are experiencing this issue, it means that you have likely already created an account with the Socialight network (http://socialight.com). You can use your existing Socialight account to login to Travel Channel GO and there is no need to create a new account in this case. If you have forgotten your account details, tap the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the Login screen to have your account details sent to your email address.

Requires signing up on an online club
I don't like that at all.
Can't pick city
It picks your current city. There's no option to pick a city your planning on visiting. Who wants to travel then sit around and watch videos to see where you should be going. It doesn't help plan trips only let's you know what to see in your hometown. Not very well thought out at all. It's also silly slow!

So cool - love drivng around and hearing about all the cool stuff around me. Helps you discover great places in your neighborhood or wherever you're visiting...thumbs up!
