Generate passwords using rules of your choice:
✔ select between dictionary-based, word-based or character-based passwords.
✔ select to include lowercase, uppercase, numbers and special characters in any positions.
✔ select to include optional sequence and repeat patterns.
✔ see password examples to help you refine your rules.
✔ always see the password strength as to modify the rules.
♦ Store
Store your passwords in the password safe with:
✔ descriptive information fields (name, description, authentication information, note, web site URL).
✔ assign a password type and category.
✔ set a validity date and duration period.
✔ link to a password profile in order to simplify the renewal process when the validity period expires.
♦ Renew
Renew your stored passwords when they expires:
✔ prepare to renew your yellow-flagged password entries: near the end of the validity period a yellow flag appears in the password safe entries.
✔ renew your red-flagged password entries: after the end of the validity period a red flag alerts you of your expired passwords that should be renewed as soon as possible.
✔ passwords are renewed by using a linked password profile which contains the rules to be used to renew the password. This greatly reduce the burden of renewing your passwords.

Great app
I chose this password generator because of its features - it seemed very thorough. I especially liked the idea of dictionaries categorized into places, people, things, words, and the ability to add words. The tips provide lots of ideas for customization.
Love the different rules
The latest update was great. It is more stable now.

I like this update very much. The password validator is invaluable for me. It is a great tool for teaching users how to choose passwords as well as validating passwords and SNMP strings. The rules and safe make this application hard to compete with. I still think this is the best Password Generator application for the IPod. I wonder how good it would be for desktop units, hint, hint.
