Great idea. Great theme. One of the worst games I have purchased. I should have stopped at iBomber..
This game and the idea behind it is so promising it is actually doubly sad that it is so terrible. It seems to me that if you are going to have a part of the game be based on maneuver that the graphics should allow for that - Because the (cartoony but appealing) Lancaster takes up almost all of the screen, there is no room to roam so you just take damage and occasionally miss something and occasionally get a power-up. The actual dam busting part is just a joke.
iBomber is a great game - buy it instead.
Excellent presentation, terrible game
The presentation on this game is outstanding. Very patriotic, excellent graphics, etc. Unfotunately the gameplay leaves much to be desired. You fly, dodging rockets and planes, but you take up too much of the screen, and the controls are sloppy and cannot be calibrated, so it's pretty difficult. Luckily there's no reason to even bother, because regardless the scene ends and you then enter a bomb drop game similar to kitty cannon. If you don't choose to drop the bomb then your plane will fly FOREVER. When you do drop the bomb, it bounces across the screen forever, then hits a wall, the wall falls, and you get points. The points add up, the level is over, then it seems you do it all over again. I got to level 5 and then let the game play on its own while I ironed a shirt for work. I was disappointed to see that it stil wasn't finished when I returned! This game has zero difficulty, and hence next to zero gameplay. Still, it's an interesting combination of two distinct gametypes, and the presentation is top notch. +1 for the blatantly copyright-infringing music!

This is a great little time vampire based on real WWII events. The Brits did invent a bouncing bomb to try to destroy dams. Well done lads! Love the rubber duck!! Cheerio, I'm off to bust another one!!!
