Remote HD Lite is a basic/adfree multimedia remote for your Mac and PC computer.
Inspired by Apple hardware remote, this application will give you perfect control of dozens of multimedia applications (see below).
And you can use the Remote View to see what you are controlling. Remote HD Lite feeds your device (iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch) with a constant stream of screen data to show you exactly what's happening on the computer while you're controlling it.
A unique power save mode allows Remote HD Lite to control your computers volume using the hardware volume button on the iPad / iPhone even it is locked or sleeping.
Remote HD Lite also gives you the ability to switch/launch applications, control volume or even restart/shutdown your computer.

Note for PC users: Make sure you configure the Windows firewall and antivirus applications to allow incoming traffic to Remote Helper (Port 32700). Winamp requires multimedia keys to be enabled (Winamp Preferences > General Preferences > Global Hotkeys).

Only if u own a pc!!!!!
Tried this version and liked it a lot so quickly upgraded and b/c I rushed into upgrading I made a huge mistake. Which is, the app doesn't specify that its for pc use only. I have a MacBook pro and purchased this app for that purpose and yes it does work but in order for it to connect 2 my notebook, it can't b asleep, which kind of defeats the purpose. Too bad I noticed this after I upgraded! Furthermore, since I didn't download remote hd(full version) directly,instead i used the upgrade option, I can't review it b/c it doesn't recognize that I have it
Good app
Bought the lite version and did the upgrade but see no difference! Not used too much as yet but like what I have done so far.
Just buy full version
I don't even know why they put this app on the market, because the only thing you can do with it is look at your screen. You have to buy the full version to use the keyboard, the mouse, or the speakers
