I absolutely love this app!!! I agree with some others, it's works better with wifi but still as far as how it is set up, I really am enjoying it... Enough to write this review obviously!! This is the first review I've ever done, so that's saying something!!

Being a first-semester nursing student, I have found the usefulness, accuracy and convenience of this app invaluable, thank you for creating it.
However, can you update it so as to offer the ability to see the units in either SI or US from within the selection itself? I have changed the default from SI to US but when I look in my list of favorites for BUN, for instance, it still shows the SI so I have to go into BUN to see the US value.
