★SUMMARY★

The TIMER screen displays your progress for total session time and current fast/slow interval time.
❱ Tap the time to start/pause.
❱ Double tap to reset.

The SETTINGS screen let's you specify:
❱ Total Session Length
❱ Interval Length
❱ Interval Ratio slow to fast or double tap fast/slow 1-3:1 or 1:1-3
❱ Vibration on/off (iPhone only)

The SOUNDS screen allows you to set your ♪:
❱ Interval Audio Prompt volume and setting - off, voice, beeps, custom
❱ Music volume and fast/slow interval playlists (OS 3.0 upwards only)
❱ Play Mode - repeat song or playlist, shuffle


ITGO'S operation is based around three main screens; the Timer, Settings and Audio screens.

➀ Users start by selecting their session workout time, the fast interval duration and the slow/fast interval ratio. Users can also choose to switch the vibration alerts on or off on this page.

➁ Next, users can switch to the Audio page to select music from their onboard iPod library for the separate slow and fast playlists. The Audio page also includes options to choose audio prompts, select the playlist play mode and volume settings for the prompts and music.

➂ Finally users switch to the Timer screen and after selecting a warm up and cool down length from zero to 3 minutes, start their workout. ITGO's timers then count down the intervals in circular segments and displays individual numerical timers for the fast and slow intervals and total session duration as well as the currently playing song and provides double vibration alerts at each interval change.

➃ The music playlists can be set to shuffle, repeat or just play in order.

Great Updates!
     

Stronger, Faster, Longer.. well not quite but this App seems to get better with each update. Its already the best interval trainer in the AppStore IMO but with these new features its even more flexible. I mean strictly speaking Interval Training is only meant to be for up to 30 minutes but being able to set the session to 90 minutes is obviously something that people wanted judging by the comments. And of course its the first interval training App on the iPhone iPod Touch ever to have dual playlists. Its really cool to have podcast capability now as well.. Simply the Best...

Incredible Interval Training Assistant...
     

I have been into Interval training for about 2 years now, and ITGO has definately made that easier and more successful.. ( I can't count well after a little exercise). I love the ability to specify interval ratio. I only wish warmup time could be increased a little ( I like 5 minutes) as well as winding down time, and interval lengths could be up to 120 seconds. Thanks for the app. It Rocks!

Very Best of the Bunch
     

I bought this app as I desperately wanted to get into shape. I've had it for a while and can testify that it's awesome. I've looked at some of the other interval apps and this one definitely looked like the best of the bunch. I can confirm that it really is as slick as it looks. Really nice job by Appnoose. Thanks
