Customer Reviews
DEVELOPERS PLEASE READ. thanks.
Ok. I bought this game today and it is absolutely outstanding. The gritty atmosphere, the limbs being shot of, and the INCREDIBLE sound make this a perfect port of the much loved Nazi zombie mode on the original world at war. HOWEVER. after paying a hefty 10 dollars for this game, anyone who purchased it deserves to have at least 4 total maps for no additional cost. With the DLC on xbox live, 10 dollars buys you four maps on it's own. So making us spend 10 dollars for one map is going a little over board and could result in losing customers. But you have everything else spot on and a sincerely thank you for making this game possible. Hope you read this.
Thanks
And congradulations in making the best app ever.
Seriously?
One map??? I just paid $10 for ONE map??? What is wrong with all you people giving this game 5 stars?? Are you that blinded be pretty graphics that you don't see that you just paid $10 for ONE MAP?!?!?!
I just downloaded the expansion pack to Borderlands on my 360, and do you want to know how much I paid for it???$10. And do you want to know how much game I bought with that $10?? 11 hours worth of new enviornments, weapons, enemies, bosses, music, story, and voice acting. THIS game gives you ONE, I repeat, ONE map for $10.
Modern Combat: Sandstorm cost me $5 and gave me 6 hours of gorgeous First Person Shooting on my IPod Touch.
Dexter the game cost me $5 and has given me 7 hours worth of gameplay on my Ipod Touch.
Dungeon Hunter cost me $5 and has given me over $10 hours worth of gameplay with Very High replay value .
Peggle cost me 99 cents and has given me about 50 hours worth of gameplay.
Call of Duty Nazi Zombies cost me $10, and gives me one lousy map. Then I will be charged for Any additional maps. Does that sound like a good deal to you? Atleast in the console versions I had an 9 hour Single Player game, countless hours of Multiplayer, and Nazi Zombies.
Rip Off.
My Dream Come True!
This is the app I have been waiting for ever since I got my iPod! The graphics are amazing, the controls are outstanding, and it has just as much replayability as the console version!
There are only a few of things that kind of bug me:
The sounds effects in this game are very nice, but the voices and the round ending sounds seem to have dropped in quality. The first time I finished a round and the sound played, I thought something exploded. When you get 3, 5, and 7 head shots, your guy says somthing, thats cool, but his voice is really low, like artificially low, also the laughter at the begining of each game, sounds more like a door hinge squeaking. The evil voice that says max ammo and such is also much lower in pitch, but it sounds kinda cool for him.
The box seems really limited, please, can you bring back the other guns? I never thought I would miss getting not-so-great guns until now.
Why does the MP40 only have 20 rounds instead of 32?
Why do you have to c**k back the MP40 and the STG44 everytime, but not the Thompson or the BAR?
For me though, the biggest thing is the box, I really wish that all the guns were in it again, like the MG42, the FG42, the Springfield, the M1 Garand, Garand /w Grenade Launcher, Panzerschreck, and all the other stuff. The box is just kind of boring now.
Thanks!!
