Hidden levels
I figured out the hidden levels:#1 fly 0-1 miles #2 wait at the start for 15 seconds #3 use rocket while falling #4 skid on snow for a long distance (extremly hard, just keep trying or get more upgrades) #5 fly exactly 777.77 miles (also very tough)

3. Use rocket while going down.
4. Sry, nobody knows.
5. Go over 777.77 miles.
A word of advice do the first 3 in the first 3 days.
