Camera Plus Pro Questions Answered
All Camera Plus Pro users, please update to v2.5 which is compatible with iPhone 4 and makes use of the phone features. Most defects have been fixed as well.
@alienware: The snaps aren't pixilated in the new version. If you have taken snaps from v2.4, you just have to edit once and all photos would be fine.
@Jackk1: The video recording works fine with the custom video recorder. If you could send us the details to our support mail, we can look into the issue you have described.
@Choco281: We have tested it on all the devices and for all the iOS versions, and it worked well. If you could mail to our support team, we can work on getting the crash log that you have explained.
@Johnnytk36: You can record videos in landscape mode without any issues though the icon isn't rotating currently but coming out soon.
Great app!
This is a great photography app with important features to take quality shots. It integrates well w/ iphone4 features like flash and the front camera, and adds things like antishake, a timer and gridlines. Its pretty peppy and responsive like the original camera app as well. I would suggest tho they update the icons and gfx to support the i4 retina display, and an option to tweak the sensitivity of antishake.
You know what they say, complaints ...
are like #%€**€. What I'm getting at is, if you experience bugs with this product or any product, use the 'Report a bug' feature to report problems with the functionality (bug) of the product in question. If you are writing a review of this or any product, write what u liked, disliked, (pros and cons), what you would like to see removed, and what you would like to see added. Saying it's not worth the money for a lot of these apps is funny. Or u paid to much for it. Considering the device you are running it on (iPhone, iPad, iTouch) costs anywhere from $99 to $799, spending .99 or a slight bit more is not a bank breaker. Even phone or data service ranges from $30 - $100/month or a bit more. But complaining you want your money back (ie. in this case .99+tax), gimme a break. Just don't buy an app tomorrow, go to Starbucks, spend $3 on a coffee, 2 on a scone, and ask for the iTunes track of the week card and you got your .99 back plus a usually great track to listen to. And if your really nice to the cashier, then they may kick 4 or 5 of them (this way you won't have to complain about the price of a .99 app for 4 more times. I know u can't tell on some apps, but it does take time for people to develop the idea, program the idea, and then test and release the idea. Something interested you in buying the app. Usually for me it is features, the developer, and lastly reviews (usually taken with a grain of salt). But something did hook you. Now that you are an owner of the app (sorta like owning stock in a company (1 share makes you part owner of a company u hold the share in), it's your responsibility to be honest and fair and post a review of the product (again with the info above I suggested) and hopefully the developer or developers of the product will take that review seriously and implement the changes/suggestion you submitted, and email you back thanking you for the feedback.
