ToonPAINT allows you to easily create awesome looking cartoon-paintings with your own photos.
Even if you have never drawn or painted before, ToonPAINT sets you up for quick success by providing a "MagiSketch" that you can simply color-in. It's as easy as "paint-by-numbers", but using your own personal images. Unlike other photography apps, ToonPAINT is not just an image filter -- it's a smart-painting application that enables you to express your creativity and obtain compelling results without requiring you to take Art classes.
Simply import a photo, create an "automagic" sketch of the photo, color-in at your leisure, and you're done!
IMPORTANT -- You can CHANGE THE COLORS in the palette by DOUBLE-TAPPING on the color splats.

* MORE UNDO: You can now undo more actions using the bomb icon. You can even undo the CLEAR command! Shake still toggles the last UNDO/REDO.
* ZOOM-TOOGLE: Double-Tap to toggle zoom is now disabled by default. You can re-enable it in the INFO/SETTINGS menu.
* FIX: Fixed a Color-button update issue on IOS4.

love this app, and now it supports full image size of 3Gs camera with the advent of the latest update!
Nice one
Great effect, flexible with high quality output
This is fast to use and highly flexible -- it creates good effects with all kinds of photos and scenes. The ability to modify the level of cartoon effect and then save the original, black and white, and color layers separately means that you can easily try colorizing the same image several different ways if you like. Zooming is used to good effect for brush size control, and basic undo support is extremely helpful, and the color pallete is simple with a great loop selector. The result is that you can snap a photo and spend less than a minute playing with it to create a great composition.
Gotchas: The icons are a bit wacky, and coloring along edges can take a bit of practice with zooming.
A must have app!
Your friends will deffinately be impressed with this high quality app. The best $2 spent in a while. ToonPAINT is extremely simple to use, keeps you entertained, and produces fantastic results.
The developer listens to customer input and implements into new updates.
Tip: After adding color, you can use a small brush with black, or very dark grey paint to add any additional lines/curves that you feel are missing.
